Kevin Cotter (b. September 26, 1977) is a Republican member of the Michigan House of Representatives, representing the 99th District since January 1, 2011.

Prior to his election to the House, Cotter served as a partner in the Kerr Law Firm, PLLC in downtown Mt. Pleasant.

Cotter graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration, and with a Master's of Science in Administration.
