Reznik ran for re-election for the 39th District in 2010. In the September 14 primary, he faced incumbent Charles Barkley, Robert Hydorn, Arthur Jackson, Tony Puca, and Shane Robinson. He came in second and advanced to the general election on November 2, where he faced Republicans Jim Pettit, Al Phillips and Bill Witham. Reznik successfully won re-election, coming in second.[1]
