Kirk Dillard

Kirk Dillard is a Republican member of the Illinois Senate. Dillard has served in the Illinois Senate since 1993. Dillard was re-elected in November of 2008 with his term expiring in 2012. Before becoming a Senator, Dillard was former Chief of Staff to Illnois Governor Jim Edgar. Also, Dillard served as the Legislative Affairs director to long-time Illinois Governor James "Big Jim" Thompson".
Dillard graduated with his Bachelor's degree from Western Illinois in 1977 and his Juris Doctorate degree from DePaul Law in 1982.
