Kris Jordan (b. January 14, 1977) is a Republican member of the Ohio State Senate, representing District 19. He was first elected to the chamber in 2010.

Jordan represented District 2 in the Ohio House of Representatives from 2009 to 2011.

Biography

Jordan earned his B.A. in Political Science from Ohio State University. His professional experience includes his work as a Legislative Aide in the Ohio House of Representatives. Jordan served as a Commissioner on the Delaware County Commission from 2002 to 2008.

Jordan was eligible to seek re-election, but did not do so. Instead, he won a senate seat in Ohio District 19 against Democrat Neil Patel.[1] Jordan defeated two challengers in the Republican primary, defeating his closest rival, Thom Collier, by a margin of 25,351-14,695.
