Kurt Swaim is a Democratic member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing the 94th District since 2003.

Swaim has been an Attorney in Private Practice since 1981. He previously worked as Senior Staff Attorney for the Legal Services Corporation of Iowa from 1978-1981, and an Attorney for Lundy, Butler, Wilson & Hall from 1975-1978.

He is a member of the Bloomfield United Methodist Church, and President/Treasurer of the Lions Club Masons.[1]
