Kurt Wallace (b. July 17, 1957) is a Republican member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing the 42nd District. He was elected on November 2, 2010. He formerly served on the City Council of the Town of Maplesville from 1999 to 2007. He also served as the Mayor from 2008 to 2010.

Wallace earned his BS in Business Administration from Faulkner University in 2001. He went on to receive his MBS in Management from Faulkner University in 2005. He has also worked as director of distribution for Bush Hog from 1984 to 2009.
