Language on the ballot:

Shall Lafayette Township impose an increase of up to .6 mills ($.60 per $1,000 of taxable value) in the tax limitation imposed under Article IX, Sec. 6 of the Michigan Constitution and levy it for 4 years, 2012 to 2015, inclusive, raising an estimated $20,294.22 in 2012, the first year the millage is levied?[1][2]
