Larry Byrd (b. August 1, 1948) is a Republican member of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He has represented the 104th District since 2008.

Byrd is a contractor. He served in the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne Division.

Byrd is a Knight Commander Court of Honour with the Knights of the York Cross of Honour and Scottish Rite. He is also a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church, Petal Chamber of Commerce, Petal Masonic Lodge no. 516, and Veterans of Foreign Wars. [1]
