Larry Byrd (b. August 1, 1948) is a Republican member of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He has represented the 104th District since 2008.

Byrd is a contractor. He served in the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne Division.

Byrd is a Knight Commander Court of Honour with the Knights of the York Cross of Honour and Scottish Rite. He is also a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church, Petal Chamber of Commerce, Petal Masonic Lodge no. 516, and Veterans of Foreign Wars. [1]

On November 8, 2011, Byrd won re-election to District 104 of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He ran unopposed in the August 2 primary and was unchallenged in the November 8 general election. [2]

On November 6, 2007 Byrd was elected in District 104, running unopposed in the general election.[3] He defeated Keith Ball, Chad King and Roger Lott in the primary election.[4]
