Larry Byrd (b. August 1, 1948) is a Republican member of the Mississippi House of Representatives, representing District 104. He was first elected to the chamber in 2007.

On November 8, 2011, Byrd won re-election to District 104 of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He ran unopposed in the August 2 primary and was unchallenged in the November 8 general election. [2]
