Larry Martin (b. June 20, 1957) has been a Republican member of the South Carolina Senate since 1992, representing the 2nd district.

Education

Martin received his diploma from Pickens High School in 1975. He attended Tri-County Techincal College the same year.

Professional experience

Martin has worked as the Director of Safety for the Alice Manufacturing Company since 1981.

Political experience

Martin served in the South Carolina State House from 1979 to 1992. He joined the South Carolina State Senate in 1992. He has served in that position since, representing the 2nd district.
