Larry O'Neal (b. May 5, 1949) is a Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing the 146th District since winning a special election November 6, 2001. He currently serves as House Majority Leader.

He is currently a Partner with O'Neal, Long and Hall, LLP. O'Neal previously served as Manager of the Doctors Clinic of Warner Robins from 1974-1975, and System Analyst of Burroughs Corporation from 1972-1973.

He is a member of the Warner Robins Rotary Club, BB and T Bank of Middle Georgia Board of Directors, Georgia Bar Association, Houston County Bar Association, Memberm American Bar Association, Centerville Methodist Church, Houston Drug Action Council Board of Directors, and the Salvation Army Board of Directors.[1]

O'Neal ran for re-election to the 146th District seat in 2010. He did not have any opposition in the July 20 primary and no one ran against him in the general election on November 2, 2010.[2]

In 2008 O'Neal was re-elected to the Georgia House of Representatives District 146. O'Neal (R) ran unopposed and finished with 22,810 votes.[3] O'Neal raised $117,900 for his campaign fund.[4]
