Larry S. Hicks is a Republican member for District 11 of the Wyoming State Senate. Before his election in 2010, Hicks was a natural resources coordinator for the Little Snake River Conservation District.

Hicks studied crop science at the University of Wyoming, earning a bachelor of science, and went on to earn a MS in Agronomy from Montana State University. He later returned to the University of Wyoming where he completed PhD coursework in Agronomy.[1]
