Two Leelanau County 911 and Road Levy Renewal measures will be on the August 3, 2010 ballot in Leelanau County.

The county 911 levy measures seeks to increase the dedicated tax which goes towards providing 911 emergency services to $.425 per $1,000 of assessed value for a further four years.

The second levy measure seeks to renew the current tax of $.50 per $1,000 of assessed value for a further two years. This tax goes towards the maintenance and repairs of county roads.[1]
