|Shall the expired previous voted increase in the tax limitation imposed under Article IX, Sec. 6 of the Michigan Constitution be increased and renewed by 0.4745 mills ($0.4745 cents per $1,000 dollars of taxable value) to be levied for a period of four years (2012, 2013, 2014, 2015), for the purpose of operating the Township's Airport, Cemeteries, Library, Parks and Recreation, Planning, Zoning Administration and other such lawful General Fund Services, and shall the Township Board be authorized to levy the proposed increase in an amount not to exceed 0.4745 mills for the stated purpose during such period, which may raise an estimated $182,823 in the first year of such levy?|
