Leslie "Les" Bock has been a Democratic member of the Idaho State Senate since 2008. He currently serves as the State Senate Assistant Minority Leader of the Idaho State Senate.

Bock earned both his Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of California-Berkeley.

In addition to being a senator, Bock is a partner for the Dillion, Bosch, Daw & Bock law firm since 2005.

Before becoming a Senator, Bock was a member of the Idaho House of Representatives from 2006 to 2008.

Bock is unopposed in the Democratic primary on May 15.[2] Dennis C. Warren is unopposed in the Republican primary. The general election takes place on November 6, 2012.

Bock had no opposition in the May 25 primary. He ran against Bill Eisenbarth in the general election on November 2, 2010, defeating him.[3]
