Shall the currently authorized millage rate limitation of .1 mill ($0.10 on each $1,000.00 of taxable valuation) on the amount of taxes which may be assessed against all property in Lincoln Consolidated School District, Washtenaw and Wayne Counties, Michigan, be renewed for a period of 6 years, 2013 to 2018, inclusive, for the purpose of providing funds for operating community recreation programs, including for senior citizens; the estimate of the revenue the school district will collect for such recreation program if the millage is approved and levied in 2013 is approximately $78,224 (this is a renewal of millage which will expire with the 2012 tax levy)?[1]
