Linda Todd "Toddy" Puller (b. January 19, 1945) is a Democratic member of the Virginia State Senate, representing District 36. She was first elected to the chamber in 1999.

Puller served in the Virginia House of Delegates from 1992 to 2000.

Biography

Puller received a B.A. at Mary Washington College. Puller is a member of the Episcopal Church.

Distancing from President Obama

Puller is one of the Democratic state senators who has distanced herself from Present Obama in light of having a difficult re-election bid in November 2011. She stated, "He’s frustrating me, just like he’s frustrating others out there."[1]
