COLUMBUS, Ohio: Though an enormous amount of issues were voted on this November on the local level in Ohio, those reported by Ballotpedia have been tallied and the results show no real over all trend in all the counties. While most requests for increases in funding on both the school and city or county leveled failed, a fair few renewals were approved giving many school and cities the security of funding for future budgets. But many schools which had tried multiple times to get levys or bonds approved failed again to get the required votes but are willing to try yet again to see if they can still get the money they want. Schools have already drafted ballot language for measures to appear on both the February 8 and May 3 elections with several most debating the issue currently. Several counties had measures dealing with disability or health service funds, all but one of these was approved. The results varied, some counties had their measures overwhelmingly approved where as others had nearly all of them defeated.
