The Louisiana Business Property Tax Exemption Amendment will appear on the November 6, 2012 statewide ballot in Louisiana as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment. If enacted, the measure would allow local governments to opt-in to property tax exemptions for non-manufacturing businesses that meet certain criteria.
