V. Lowry Snow is a Republican member of the Utah House of Representatives, representing District 74. He was first appointed to the chamber on January 11, 2012 to fill the vacancy created by David Clark's resignation to run for Congress.[1]


Snow earned his Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law. He works as an attorney.
