Shall Ludington Area School District, Mason County, Michigan, borrow the sum of not to exceed Ten Million Ninety Thousand Dollars ($10,090,000) and issue its general obligation unlimited tax bonds therefore, in three series, for the purpose of: acquiring and installing educational technology improvements, together with related wiring, infrastructure and equipment for school district buildings?[3]
