Luke Kenley (b. March 28, 1945) is a Republican member of the Indiana State Senate, representing District 20. He was first elected to the chamber in 1992. He served as a judge for Noblesville City Court from 1974 to 1989.

Kenley earned his B.A. from Miami University in 1967 and his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1972. His professional experience includes working as an attonrney for Cadick Burns Duck Neighbors, owner of Kenley's Supermarkets, Incorporated, and owner of Cambridge Investment, Incorporated. He served in the United States Army as a First Lieutenant from 1969 to 1971.
