Lynn Batchelor is a Republican member of the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Orleans-1. She was first elected to the chamber in 2012.


Batchelor attended Keuka College and St. Mary's School of Nursing. She is a Program Service Clerk for the Department of Corrections in Newport. She previously worked as an office manager for the Occupational Health Services at the Orleans Essex VNA & Hospice.

Batchelor won re-election in the 2012 election for Vermont House of Representatives Orleans 1. Batchelor was unopposed in the August 28 Republican primary and was unopposed in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]

Lynn Batchelor ran for the Vermont House of Representatives Orleans 1 in 2010. She ran against Robert Lewis and Patrick Martell in the Republican primary on August 24, 2010. She was opposed by Frank Davis (D), Robert Lewis (R), Kenric-Ric Gonyaw (I), and Lisa Erwin-Davidson (D) in the November 2, 2010 general election. She came in the second, winning one of two seats in the district.[3]
