A Maine Alcohol Percentage People's Veto Vote was on the 1910 ballot in Maine as a veto referendum. Voters were asked if they wanted to ratify a recent act of the Maine State Legislature that "Made Uniform the Standard Relating to the Percentage of Alcohol in Intoxicating Liquors."

Voters rejected the legislation:

  • In favor: 31,093
  • Opposed: 40,475
