A Maine State Highway Commission People's Veto Vote was on the September 11, 1922 ballot in Maine as a veto referendum. Voters were asked if they wanted to ratify a recent act of the Maine State Legislature to create a full-time State Highway Commission.

Voters rejected the legislation:

  • In favor: 56,822
  • Opposed: 60,258
