The Maine Initiative & Referendum Petition Procedures Amendment was on the 1975 ballot in Maine, where it was approved. It was the 127th constitutional amendment added to the Maine Constitution.

The amendment was legislatively-referred to the ballot by the Maine Legislature.

  • Opposed: 32,995
