The Maine Mineral-Bearing Land Tax Reimbursements Amendment was on the 1983 ballot in Maine, where it was approved. It was the 150th constitutional amendment added to the Maine Constitution.
The amendment was legislatively-referred to the ballot by the Maine Legislature.
