The Maine School Building Authority Loan Amendment was on the 1969 ballot in Maine as a proposed constitutional amendment to the Maine Constitution. It was approved.

It was the 112th constitutional amendment added to the Maine Constitution.

  • Opposed: 64,594.

The amendment was placed on the ballot by the Maine State Legislature.

The purpose of the amendment was to put the credit of the state's treasury behind loans of the Maine School Building Authority.
