George M. "Manoli" Loupassi is a Republican member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 68. He was first elected to the chamber in 2007.

Biography

Loupassi earned his B.A. from Washington and Lee University in 1989 and his J.D. from the University of Richmond Law School in 1992.

Loupassi is an attorney, having worked with the Virginia Law & Government Affairs, P.C., and as Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for the City of Richmond.[1]

Personal

Loupassi and his wife, Hyde, have three children. He served as Treasurer of the Richmond Republican Committee from 1998 to 2006, and on the Board of Richmond Ambulance Authority from 2000 to 2003. He also served as the chair of the Greater Richmond Partnership, the President of the Downtown Richmond Renaissance, and as the Richmond Chair for George Bush for President in 2004, among other organizations.[1]
