Manoli Loupassi is a Republican member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 68 since 2008.

Loupassi is an attorney, having worked with the Virginia Law & Government Affairs, P.C., and as Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for the City of Richmond. He served as Treasurer of the Richmond Republican Committee from 1998-2006, and on the Board of Richmond Ambulance Authority from 2000-2003.[1]

Loupassi earned his B.A. from Washington and Lee University in 1989 and his J.D. from the University of Richmond Law School in 1992.

On November 8, 2011, Loupassi won re-election to District 68 of the Virginia House of Delegates. He was uncontested in the August 23 primary and ran unopposed in the November 8 general election.[3]
