Marcos Crespo (b. July 29, 1980) is a Democratic member of the New York State Assembly. He has represented District 85 since winning a special election in June 2009.

Crespo's professional experience is as a personal assistant to Assemblyman Ruben Diaz.

Crespo earned a BA in governmental studies from John Jay College. [1]

Crespo defeated Israel Cruz in the September 14 Democratic primary. He defeated Leopold Paul (R) and Conservative Party candidate Arturo Santiago in the general election on November 2.[2]
