Marilyn Kirkpatrick (b. 1967) is a Democratic member of the Nevada Assembly. She has represented the 1st District since 2004 and currently serves as State House Assistant Majority Floor Leader.

Kirkpatrick is a sales executive for Local Food Distribution Companies. She and her husband, Michael, have six children: Jessica, Tamara, Destiny, Dalton, Sarah and Tara.

On November 2, 2010 Kirkpatrick was re-elected to the Nevada House of Representatives. She had no primary opposition and defeated Mark Trudeau in the general election.
