Marilyn Kirkpatrick (b. 1967) is a Democratic member of the Nevada Assembly. She has represented the 1st District since 2004.

Kirkpatrick is a sales executive for Local Food Distribution Companies. She and her husband, Michael, have six children: Jessica, Tamara, Destiny, Dalton, Sarah and Tara.
