Marilyn Slaby is a Republican member of the Ohio House of Representatives, representing District 38. She has served in the chamber since her appointment in April 2012. Slaby replaced her husband, Lynn, who left to join the Ohio Public Utilities Commission.

Slaby previously represented District 41 in the House in 2004.[1][2]
