Mark Baker (b. May 13, 1962) is a Republican member of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He has represented the 74th District since 2004.

Baker is a Board Attorney for Brandon and Puckett. He has previously been a Prosecutor for Brandon and Municipal Judge for Pelahatchie. He earned his JD from the Mississippi College School of Law and BA from the University of Memphis.

Baker is a Deacon at Lakeside Presbyterian Church, member of the Mississippi Bar, and President of the Rankin County Bar Association.[1]
