Born is running in the 2012 election for Wisconsin State Assembly District 39. He defeated Tracy Heron and Don Lechner in the Republican primary on August 14, 2012.[1] Incumbent Republican Jeff Fitzgerald is running for the U.S. Senate. Jim Grigg ran unopposed in the Democratic primary. The general election takes place on November 6, 2012.[2]
