Mark Greenberg was a Republican candidate seeking election to the U.S. House representing the 5th Congressional District of Connecticut in both 2010 and 2012. In the 2012 election, Greenberg was defeated by Andrew Roraback in the Republican primary on August 14, 2012.[1]

As of March 21, 2013 Greenberg has stated his intention to seek the 2014 Republican nomination for U.S. House representing Connecticut's 5th congressional district. This will be his third consecutive bid for the seat.[2]

Greenberg plans to run in the 2014 election for the U.S. House, representing Connecticut's 5th District. Greenberg will seek the nomination on the Republican ticket.

The general election will take place on November 4, 2014.[2]

Greenberg ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House, representing Connecticut's 5th District. Greenberg sought the nomination on the Republican ticket.[4] Greenberg was defeated by Andrew Roraback in the Republican primary on August 14, 2012.[1] The signature filing deadline was June 12, 2012 with the primary taking place on August 14, 2012.

Personal

Greenberg and his wife Linda live with their four young children in northwest Connecticut. [5] Greenberg and Linda founded The Simon Foundation, Inc, an animal rescue shelter.[3]
