Mark H. Barker is a former Republican member of the Colorado House of Representatives, representing District 17 from 2011 to 2013.

Biography

Barker earned his B.A. in Criminal Justice and Organizational Leadership from Chapman University. He went on to receive his J.D. from Denver University College of Law. Barker served in the United States Navy. He has also worked as an attorney for the Fourth Judicial District Attorney. From 1979 to 2003, he was employed by the Colorado Springs Police Department. He has been partner of Radabaugh, Barker & Callison Limited since 2004.

Barker ran for re-election in the 2012 election for Colorado House of Representatives District 17. He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on June 26, 2012. He was defeated by Thomas Exum, Sr. (D) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2]
