Mark Higley (b. March 5, 1956) is a Republican member of the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Orleans-Lamoille-1. He was first elected to the chamber in 2008.


Higley received his high school diploma.

Higley has served in the United State Navy. He has worked as a General Contractor since 1978.

Higley served as a Selectman for the Town of Brattleboro from 1997 to 1998.

Higley won re-election in the 2012 election for Vermont House of Representatives Orleans-Lamoille. Higley was unopposed in the August 28 Republican primary and defeated Katherine Sims (P) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
