Mark Johns is a Republican member of the New York State Assembly. He has represented District 135 since 2011.

Johns holds a bachelor's degree in biology, which he received from St. John Fisher College in Pittsford, NY. After completing his education, Johns worked for the Monroe County Department of Public Health. In 2007, he was elected to the Town of Webster Town Board. There, he served as a liaison to the Webster Public Library.
