Mark Messmer is a Republican member of the Indiana House of Representatives, representing District 63. He was first elected to the chamber in 2008.

Messmer defeated Democratic candidate Daniel Steiner by a margin of 13,713 to 5,108 to win re-election. [3] The general election took place on November 2, 2010.
