Martha O'Kray was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 33 of the Michigan House of Representatives.

O'Kray made her career as an educator, serving in various positions in the Roseville Community Schools. Starting as an elementary school teacher, she retired in 2001 as the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction.

O'Kray was inducted into the National Women's Hall of Fame in 2001, cited for finding "practical ways to solve problems" as well as "outstanding service" to her district.[1]
