Mary-Dulany James (b. February 1, 1960) is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates. He has represented District 34A since January 13, 1999.

James is a Partner in the Litigation Division with Hodes, Ulman, Pessin and Katz. She previously was a Partner with Venable, Baetjer and Howard, and a law clerk for Judge Edward S. Northrop, U.S. District Court Maryland.

James is a member of the Maryland Veterans Caucus, Maryland Bicycle and Pedestrian Caucus, Maryland Military Installation Strategic Planning Council, Maryland Environmental Trust, Maryland Rural Caucus, Bainbridge Development Advisory Board, Maryland Green Caucus, Women Legislators of Maryland, Maryland Advisory Council to Trust for Public Land, and the Saint Patrick School Task Force.[1]
