Mary Liz Holberg (b. November 13, 1959) is a Republican member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. She has represented District 36A since 1998.

Holberg owns a family tree trimming business.

She served as Assistant Majority Leader from 2001-2002 and was on the Lakeville City Council from 1996-1998.

Holberg is a volunteer with the American Cancer Society, Chair of the Housing and Re-Development Authority, Director of the Lakeville Arts Board, and a member of the Friends of the Heritage Library, Lakeville Chamber of Commerce, and Orchard Lake Elementary Parent Teacher Organization/Political Action Committee. She is married and has 2 children.[1]
