Mary Salmon (b. April 9, 1939) was a Democratic member of the Arkansas State Senate, representing District 31 from 2003 to 2013.

Salmon was Commissioner of the Lakewood Improvement District. She served in the Arkansas House of Representatives from 1999 to 2002.

She earned her BA from Arkansas Tech University in 1961. Salmon was an Appointment Coordinator for Governor of Arkansas Bill Clinton from 1984 to 1990. She has also worked as Executive Director and as a Teacher. She is currently a Consultant.

Salmon will be ineligible to run for re-election to the Arkansas State Senate in 2012 due to term limits.
