Mary Wolfe is a Democratic member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing District 98 since 2013. She previously represented District 26 from 2011 to 2013.

Wolfe is an attorney with the law office of her father, John J. Wolfe, Jr., in Clinton, IA, which specializes in family law, criminal defense and Chapter 7 bankruptcies. She also sits on the board of the Clinton County Justice Coordinating Council. Wolfe earned a B.A. in English and a J.D. from the University of Iowa.

Wolfe ran in the 2012 election for Iowa House of Representatives District 98. Wolfe ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on June 5, 2012. No Republican candidates filed in the district. Wolfe defeated Carolyn Grimes, who filed as a petition candidate, in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
