  • Maryland House Bill 358 (2008) or "Maryland Accountability and Transparency Act of 2008," requires the creation of an online database detailing state expenditures by January 1, 2009.

2007

  • Maryland House Bill 1252/SB 995 (2007) or "Maryland Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2007," would have set up on online database of state grants and contracts by January 1, 2008. HB 358, which became law May 22, 2008, sets up a similar website.
