The Massachusetts Public Employees Refunding Pensions Act, also known as Question 1, was on the November 4, 1958 ballot in Massachusetts as an indirect initiated state statute, where it was approved. The measure authorized former public employees to refund portions of their pensions depending upon yearly earnings.[1]
