Matt Windschitl (b. December 30, 1983) is a Republican member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing District 17 and serving as Assistant Majority Leader. He was first elected to the chamber in 2006.

Windschitl's professional experience includes working as a Gunsmith with Double Barrel Shooters Supply and Conductor on the Union Pacific Railroad. He served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.[1]
